Because one of our partners was the Chair of a University Council, we have a deep level of experience and understanding of the Higher Education context and the way Universities work. In the last twelve months we have developed programmes with Sheffield, Edinburgh and Lincoln Universities and Glasgow School of Art.
All the programmes we have done in Universities have started by working with academics and other staff to understand how diversity can drive academic excellence – both in teaching and research. We have engaged staff to develop solutions to strengthen recruitment of staff, achieve the highest performing research teams, tackle the catastrophic drop off of female talent, develop widening participation. All these proposals have had to be tested against the strategic objectives of the institution and aligned with them.
Our programme has driven change in Institutions of all sizes.
